My name is Francesca Manciati,
I moved my first steps in baking during my childhood.
Later, my passion grew in creating, designing and decorating cakes so I decided to make my business by taking professional courses and diploma in baking and artistic cake decorating with international cake designers (Peggy Porshen, Debbie Brown, Carlos Lischetti, Colette Peters, Lindy Smith).
My repertoire includes bespoke celebration cakes, cupcakes, cookies and all sorts of pastry sweets (cake pops, donuts, decorated confetti …) and sugarcraft (including sugar flowers and all type of sugar decorations) fully hand made, using only high quality, fresh and natural ingredients.
Because my clients are unique and special I try to fulfill their needs and request by creating personalized cakes just like a tailor.
Total planning may be provided in order to gain the perfect solution for every event from savory and sweet buffets, table setting and flower decoration of the chosen location.
My lab is near Rome, I deal with national and international customers.
